This apartment was not a great place to live I stayed here for two and a half years The frequent changing of property managers made it an uncomfortable atmosphere and if your room is near the street you will hear noise from the road and train station at night Moreover the most recent property managers would check your room from outside and force you to remove stuff from windowsbalcones Additionally I saw mice running around in ground floor hallways and car park nothing seemed to improve over my stay there It took ages for me to receive my deposit cheque back after multiple emailsphone calls it still took over two months before I got it and they had even put my new address incorrect more than twice To top things off they increased rent every year while thinking they communicated very well with residents but I felt like there was too much oneway communication within this company more ... hide ...

Living in this place was the worst experience of my life I was forking out 1600 for a tiny apartment and on the day I signed a parking lease they tried to have my car towed Later that night I got a call from a police officer informing me of their plan but they decided to call me first since it didnt make sense why they would want to tow it Another time while I was asleep in my apartment I heard keys and looked up to see the landlord standing in the doorway He mentioned something about maintenance being there without giving me any prior notice through email or phone call plus there wasnt even anything that needed work done When they did come to do maintenance another time they messed up by cutting off my cabinets wrong and leaving mud on the wall without sanding or painting after not forgetting all my stuff scattered all over the floor The building is also like an oven as summers heat rises from the hallway making it unbearable even when we were told about raising heat during winter for which we were charged 75 for AC This doesnt include half of what happened throughout this 7 months horror story Everyone should stay far away if only I had done so too more ... hide ...

My family and I had two separate rooms a threebedroom and a twobedroom unit The price didnt match up with what we received the units needed maintenance In my unit the freezer was leaking into the fridge creating a large puddle that prevented us from using any of its shelves The toilet in the master bathroom was also dripping onto the floor Additionally there 2022-11-02T00:02:19Z
My family and I had two separate rooms a threebedroom and a twobedroom unit The price didnt match up with what we received the units needed maintenance In my unit the freezer was leaking into the fridge creating a large puddle that prevented us from using any of its shelves The toilet in the master bathroom was also dripping onto the floor Additionally there were shoes and socks found lying beneath one of the twin beds in the second room Lastly there was no washing machine or dryer in our other unit similarly the dishwasher wasnt working properly and candy was all over its floor with dust everywhere too We werent pleased that their pool closed at only 6 PM eitherconsidering how pricey these homes are Nevertheless we did appreciate their generous size rooms as well as having two bathrooms available to us Ultimately though it wasnt worth it for us due to not meeting our expectations more ... hide ...
