This apartment was not a great place to live; I stayed here for two and a half years. The frequent changing of property managers made it an uncomfortable atmosphere, and if your room is near the street, you will hear noise from the road and train station at night. Moreover, the most recent property managers would check your room from outside and force you to remove stuff from windows/balcones. Additionally, I saw mice running around in ground floor hallways and car park - nothing seemed to improve over my stay there. It took ages for me to receive my deposit cheque back: after multiple emails/phone calls, it still took over two months before I got it (and they had even put my new address incorrect more than twice). To top things off, they increased rent every year while thinking they communicated very well with residents - but I felt like there was too much one-way communication within this company.
