The management has declined maintenance is nearly nonexistent and the current superintendent does not respond to phone calls and is quite impolite Nobody can understand how he was hired in the first place as he was never formally introduced to the building like his predecessor Maintenance requests are often overlooked The last two years have been the worst since living in this accommodation The laundry machines are ancient and sometimes you need to expend extra money for drying clothes that remain wet even after being in a dryer for fifty minutes Police cars tend to be stationed downstairs due to inhabitants preferring contacting law enforcement rather than the superintendent who does not answer his phone anyway utterly futile effort more ... hide ...

There is no onsite maintenance here and I experienced this firsthand when I moved in my kitchen sink was leaking underneath The fridge and shower have permanent stains they must have cleaned so poorly because there was still old food stuck to the walls in the kitchen which I had to clean myself I chose this apartment complex mainly because of the pools and 2022-09-14T22:02:17Z
There is no onsite maintenance here and I experienced this firsthand when I moved in my kitchen sink was leaking underneath The fridge and shower have permanent stains they must have cleaned so poorly because there was still old food stuck to the walls in the kitchen which I had to clean myself I chose this apartment complex mainly because of the pools and fitness center however only one pool is maintained decently and they close them too early like today when its 95 outside but all the pools are closed for the year The fitness center is a joke as there isn't much equipment or air conditioning so exercising in such heat isn't an option Furthermore the grounds arent wellkept as there are usually cigarette butts and trash around additionally both laundry facilities are often dirty and hot The only appealing area is their clubhouse which has free WiFi but nothing else worth noting To top it off my carpet was filthy when I moved in so much dirt that it left prints on my showerand pieces of dried food were found under my stove drawer All in all this complex has terrible staff who were rude to me multiple times do not live here more ... hide ...
