There is no on-site maintenance here, and I experienced this firsthand when I moved in; my kitchen sink was leaking underneath. The fridge and shower have permanent stains - they must have cleaned so poorly because there was still old food stuck to the walls in the kitchen, which I had to clean myself. I chose this apartment complex mainly because of the pools and fitness center; however, only one pool is maintained decently, and they close them too early - like today when it's 95° outside but all the pools are closed for the year. The fitness center is a joke as there isn't much equipment or air conditioning so exercising in such heat isn't an option. Furthermore, the grounds aren't well-kept as there are usually cigarette butts and trash around; additionally, both laundry facilities are often dirty and hot. The only appealing area is their clubhouse which has free Wi-Fi but nothing else worth noting. To top it off, my carpet was filthy when I moved in (so much dirt that it left prints on my shower)and pieces of dried food were found under my stove drawer! All in all, this complex has terrible staff who were rude to me multiple times - do not live here!
