We moved in this spring and were informed that the apartment was already cleaned and all repairs taken care of unfortunately this was not the case Cupboards and kitchen had crumbs left in them food caked on the oven dishwasher and stove very unsanitary Many fixes still need to be done to our place but it is incredibly irritating that this wasnt done even af

Its true that your apartments look nice but the building management is extremely poor People were moved in before the construction was even finished and wiring had to be fixed in walls Other tenants reported being put up in hotels for the first few weeks of their lease due to incompletion of their apartments and then air conditioning didnt work during August
