I lived in this apartment for 12 months from 20202021 It was renovated and had new appliances but it was a bit pricey at 1450 for a one bedroom plus an extra 100 for parking The balcony was closed off for about 45 months due to renovations There were no roaches or bed bugs but two rats that would come and go I complained twice and the office responded eventually although it didnt seem like a priority thing to them The manager was okay as long as you didnt bother them Pictures usually tell the story better than words there were two times when the bathroom roof leaked and they took care of it quickly Security is similar to other apartments in the neighbourhood most people are nice minding their own business but some were writing threatening words on doors of immigrants I havent seen any action taken by management Amazon packages can be stolen from the main entrance so watch out All things considered this wasnt a bad place to live I could do it again if need be more ... hide ...

After signing the lease on April 29th we moved in June 1st into a property that was dirty and broken We were told it would all be fixed by the movein date so we had faith in them having over a month to prepare for us Unfortunately when June 1st came around the place was covered in inches of dust and there were still broken porches deck stairs and windows We sent photos to the company expressing our disappointment and after backandforth discussions it was finally cleaned up although it should have already been ready for us To add insult to injury Violeta had made an error with the lease which meant there wasnt AC included something we would not have signed for had we known this prior On top of this all our fridge broke causing us to lose 285 worth of groceries when they delivered a new one this too was broken with drawers missing inside All these issues occurred within 2 weeks of moving in The only reason Im giving one star is due to Charmaine checking in regularly and Shawn from maintenance being understanding of our frustration while trying his best to fix things quickly even though they should have been done beforehand Our experience here has been nothing but a headache taking away any excitement that comes with moving into a new place more ... hide ...

This is a terrible place to live due to their lack of work over the years and their decision to begin construction in the middle of a global pandemic The constant banging and drilling is unbearable especially since we are stuck in lockdown and unable to leave for anything other than groceries or essential items Visiting friends or family members is out of the question due to Covid19 so theres no way to escape from it On top of that Ive been working from home because of the virus and my internet service has gone down for eight hours or more due to all the construction going on Its astonishing that theyd do this when most people are trying to work remotely yet need an internet connection for it On multiple occasions Ive had no choice but sit in the parking lot waiting for someone with a spot near my unit so that I could connect my WiFi just so I am able makereceive calls at work without anyone being able hear me clearly This has caused me several hours worth of lost wages as well as not being able fulfill my duties at work properly Furthermorethe bug infestation was horrible you couldnt see any bare space on some floors as it was covered by thousands if not millions of bugs which went untreated until recently And then there were only two working elevators during four times more than they said they would be out plus various water shut offs within these past few months more ... hide ...
