My two friends lived in this building between 2015 and 2022 and unfortunately Im writing this review on their behalf due to the unacceptably poor living conditions here Although the rent is relatively low there are countless problems roaches spiders and mice infest the place theres constant heat coming in through holes in windows despite running air conditioners repairs are done using cheap materials with no attention to detail broken cabinets plastic faucets and peeling showers await The higher floors are certainly not better either The ceilings leak water and bubbling paintwork remains unattended old vents only circulate dust instead of refreshing air Moreover noise from outside can easily be heard due to lack of soundproofing sirens dogs barking etc but some positives do exist one cat or dog is allowed views from the building are pleasant a manager who respects 2SLGBTQIA people as well as an intercom system with key fob for security a park nearby including a dog park as well as restaurants dry cleaners and driving schools close by too Coinamatic laundry can be found on the 13th floor while Pizza Pizza restaurant lies across the street more ... hide ...

Two months after my move my Dyson vacuum cleaner was stolen from the parking lot due to building rules Unfortunately there were no cameras in that area After we reported the incident to the administrator she promised to look at all camera footage within two days but nothing came of it even a week later Thus I wrote an angry review on Google Maps and Katherina the manager called my husband and implied we would have to pay an extra fee if we didnt take it down We decided to remove it in hopes of getting some kind of help but after 25 months nothing had changed The place is definitely overpriced with poor service when our batteries went out during winter they came twice yet still couldnt fix it Additionally the barbecue is always malfunctioning and the pool opens later than expected more ... hide ...

The top 2 five star reviews appear to be paid in order to cover up the bad ones The management is off the island and will not reply to English inquiries It is not an Anglofriendly business Since its a fully rental building there is no accountability for tenants respecting other people or their property There isn't a leasing office onsite either even though there are over 100 units in the building There are also no security cameras and recently there was an attempted breakin at one of the storage lockers which remains unfixed as of now Additionally pet fur and odors pervade the elevators and common areas while units are small for their rental cost It is strongly advised against living on the 9th or 10th floor since theyre constructed out of woodaluminum instead of concrete soundproofing does not apply here plus parking spaces are limited with windows that cannot open completely To make matters worse theres a cemetery view from most balconies if considered unlucky and cars cant get towed due to low ceiling heights inside garages beware if you have kids Furthermore no one answers callsemails sent to leasing offices promptly so don't expect anything broken or failed appliances to be fixed anytime soon either more ... hide ...
