Inquiry & Reviews of The St-Norbert Apartments

I lived in the building for about two years, and had positive and negative experiences with management. I eventually left for unrelated reasons, but this is what I can say: The location is good; public spaces are clean; the sauna was not great (took a long time to warm up); since it's a management company, you get both pros and cons (dishwasher was fixed same day, but rent increases every year); bedroom size was great but bathroom was small; check if natural light will be blocked due to buildings nearby. Towards the end of my stay, I got a better impression of how situations were handled (thanks to Fabrice and Mme Cioclu) so it appears things are improving.

I remember the fantastic years I had living at the St. Norbert from 2015-2021. The building is located in an ideal position, near downtown attractions such as Quartier des Spectacles, The Main, Quartier Latin, the Village and even Chinatown is a short stroll away. Despite Capreit's bad reputation, this particular building was managed very well; renovations such as fixing exterior bricks, updating the pool and gym area, replacing laundry machines and carpet throughout were all carried out during my stay there! Rent increases were only cost of living and Fabrice (building manager) always made sure any requests I had were met quickly.
