    Two months after my move, my Dyson vacuum cleaner was stolen from the parking lot (due to building rules). Unfortunately, there were no cameras in that area. After we reported the incident to the administrator, she promised to look at all camera footage within two days but nothing came of it even a week later. Thus, I wrote an angry review on Google Maps and Katherina (the manager) called my husband and implied we would have to pay an extra fee if we didn't take it down. We decided to remove it in hopes of getting some kind of help but after 2.5 months nothing had changed. The place is definitely overpriced with poor service; when our batteries went out during winter they came twice yet still couldn't fix it. Additionally, the barbecue is always malfunctioning and the pool opens later than expected.
