Would not recommend this place for multiple reasons Firstly the ongoing construction has been taking way longer than it should have and every time I leave my apartment I am walking through mud and ruining my shoes Secondly there is bridge and train track construction causing loud noises and bright lights that shine into your apartment at night Additionally t 2022-09-27T22:32:17Z
Would not recommend this place for multiple reasons Firstly the ongoing construction has been taking way longer than it should have and every time I leave my apartment I am walking through mud and ruining my shoes Secondly there is bridge and train track construction causing loud noises and bright lights that shine into your apartment at night Additionally the appliances are outdated with constant breakdowns that take weeks to repair Furthermore there is only one laundry room for the whole building with two washers and two dryers that are often inoperable On top of all of this rent is highly overpriced my apartment smells like smoke from previous tenants leaving walls yellowish and carpets with burn holes in them Lastly my car has been broken into several times in this parking lot as well as having noisy neighbours who are always fighting in the hallways Allinall avoid if you can more ... hide ...

Living in this place is a great experience its spacious tranquil and neat I can walk to Safeway Shoppers and other places easily Additionally each floor has its own laundry room which makes my life easier since I don't have to carry my clothes elsewhere When Im done with work in the evening the large balconies provide a great spot to relax when its nice out 2022-10-17T04:02:18Z
