The place I lived was the worst. Fire alarms would sound off several times during the night. A cockroach problem was present as well; five treatments were done with a sixth one coming up soon. The laundry machines weren't functional either, but they are being replaced now. The tenants here were horrendous; when my dad and I moved in, it took him two hours to clean the top of a fridge - not even the fridge itself or kitchen - just the top of it! Additionally, neighbors are constantly loud late at night. If you have an alternative option available to you, please take it!
