A week ago I tried to post a review on Google for Lot 6 but it wasnt visible to the public I got the same result when I posted it on Ironclad Properties Inc Customer service wouldnt help me figure out why so I wanted people to be aware of what they could experience if they signed a lease here For the first seven weeks we had fire alarms going off at least on 2022-09-19T07:02:18Z
A week ago I tried to post a review on Google for Lot 6 but it wasnt visible to the public I got the same result when I posted it on Ironclad Properties Inc Customer service wouldnt help me figure out why so I wanted people to be aware of what they could experience if they signed a lease here For the first seven weeks we had fire alarms going off at least once weekly one happened after midnight on Boxing Day and another lasted over an hour just ten days ago with no explanation given Then there was a water pipe burst that caused the fire alarms to go off again in the evening of January 26th and still no communication about this ordeal We also noticed our windows werent sealed properly as we could see water spots along the window frame when weather started getting warmermeltier and three of our four smoke detectors needed their batteries replaced in four months time we can easily hear our neighbours too despite buildings soundproofing being laughable Hopefully none else has to go through what we did here while building is still under construction more ... hide ...

For the past 6 years living here has been quite pleasant Our manager Sukh Gill is easily accessible and the maintenance staff as well as cleaners are very cordial What I particularly appreciate is that deliveries from Amazon and other companies remain safe no matter how long they sit in front of your door The neighborhood is also peaceful for 6 years weve n 2022-11-01T14:02:19Z
