I have resided in a stunning new building in Kitchener as a Centurion Property tenant for the last year The apartment is more like a condominium than just an ordinary rental unit The staff including the resident manager and property manager have been exceptional responding to any issues and requests in a timely and professional manner Additionally the surroundings of our building are pristinely kept up and maintained with added pet waste disposal stations which help keep the grounds free of dog poop Our building is secure tidy and wellmaintained it would be nice if all our fellow tenants were considerate of their environment by treating this building as if it were their own home more ... hide ...

I am generally satisfied with living in my apartment its facilities and the surrounding area with grocery stores parks and the Alewife station close by However there are several problems that property management must address Firstly parking space is very limited for residents with cars and it is almost impossible to have guests over due to the lack of guest parking This is especially frustrating since there are lots of apartments between two buildings but no accessible street parking nearby Secondly upon moving in I found many construction issues such as a leaky toilet sink dishwasher a stained bathtub a cracked wall and an unresponsive temperature control unit all of which require service requests to fix Finally packages can be difficult to track down as they often end up scattered around the mail room or closets at the office or entryway because of a lack of organization Despite these problems however building management has been prompt in responding to requests and fixing issues quickly so far They have also added perks like free work out classes and food events which is nice Additionally I have discovered numerous parks and trails nearby see photos that give me an escape from living downtown making this place quite appealing overall more ... hide ...
