2023-02-28T03:30:03ZThis building has been our home for the last five years, and we have asked Dave, Sherry, Jess, and Kyle (all building managers) to address the living conditions. However, all of them have refused to make any changes. We are suffering from health issues caused by mold and other substances coming from the cracked walls; they lied and said a bathroom fan was causing it--there is no fan here! If you or your family are considering moving in here: don't! It's slowly killing us; shame on the managers for allowing this to happen--they should all be fired without delay.

I am ecstatic with the condition of both the apartment and the building The soundproofing is excellent so much so that I don't hear my neighbors very often Carla the building manager has been extremely helpful and kind in dealing with even minor issues which were few This is an outstanding place to live

Living here has been a terrible experience The building manager DAN is so rude he always yells when I ask him to fix the blocked kitchen sink or dripping water in the washroom He never comes to do the repairs and never tells us when the water will be shut off for the day Whenever I call he hangs up or starts screaming He is by far the worst building manager
