    I have resided in a stunning new building in Kitchener as a Centurion Property tenant for the last year. The apartment is more like a condominium than just an ordinary rental unit. The staff, including the resident manager and property manager, have been exceptional; responding to any issues and requests in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, the surroundings of our building are pristinely kept up and maintained with added pet waste disposal stations which help keep the grounds free of dog poop. Our building is secure, tidy, and well-maintained; it would be nice if all our fellow tenants were considerate of their environment by treating this building as if it were their own home.

    I am ecstatic with the condition of both the apartment and the building The soundproofing is excellent so much so that I don't hear my neighbors very often Carla the building manager has been extremely helpful and kind in dealing with even minor issues which were few This is an outstanding place to live

    Living here has been a terrible experience The building manager DAN is so rude he always yells when I ask him to fix the blocked kitchen sink or dripping water in the washroom He never comes to do the repairs and never tells us when the water will be shut off for the day Whenever I call he hangs up or starts screaming He is by far the worst building manager     more ...
