This new building has nice insuite laundry and is pet friendly but thats about all the positive things to say The walls are paper thin and the quality of materials is bad Mark is a great building manager which is hard to find these days but for the price its not worth it Most people living here were quiet and respectful but you can still hear your neighbors 2022-10-03T01:02:18Z

I have been living in my building located at the Northwest corner of the complex for five years and it is a very tranquil area with lots of young families Generally my experiences with staff have been positive and my neighbours are friendly and supportive When Frank was moved to another location it was an awful decision so Im glad he returned The new manager 2022-10-31T21:02:19Z
I have been living in my building located at the Northwest corner of the complex for five years and it is a very tranquil area with lots of young families Generally my experiences with staff have been positive and my neighbours are friendly and supportive When Frank was moved to another location it was an awful decision so Im glad he returned The new manager who took his place has been extremely troubling she does intrusive visits and has a domineering attitude that has caused distress amongst residents including myself The personnel here before her were always polite and courteous but left right after she arrived The present staff if they are ever on site seem scared and never make eye contact or look up when spoken to Its good to see Joey from Building Services back as well as Jorge and other familiar faces again more ... hide ...

I wouldnt even give this place one star and I tell my friends to stay away The office staff and building manager lack organization forgetting dates like elevator bookings and lease signings They even lost paperwork When I transferred leases they still thought I lived there Furthermore they kept asking for money that wasnt owed changing the amount each time Moving days were chaotic because of their disorganization which led to fights among tenants The building looks nice with great views from higher floors however over half of the washers and dryers were broken but never fixed during my stay Fire alarms went off monthly so often that firefighters were tired of showing up People smoked in stairwells and somebody kicked in the garage door before I left Weed smell sometimes came from other apartments and management told maintenance not to give out lightbulbs when those in suites burned outThere is a pet area out front but it smells like pee all the time rent prices are ridiculous toosometimes more for a 1 bed 1 bath than a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite All things considered this place is highly inconsistent and incompetentI wouldnt wish it on anyone more ... hide ...
