I wouldn't even give this place one star, and I tell my friends to stay away. The office staff and building manager lack organization, forgetting dates like elevator bookings and lease signings. They even lost paperwork! When I transferred leases, they still thought I lived there. Furthermore, they kept asking for money that wasn't owed, changing the amount each time. Moving days were chaotic because of their disorganization which led to fights among tenants. The building looks nice with great views from higher floors; however over half of the washers and dryers were broken but never fixed during my stay. Fire alarms went off monthly so often that firefighters were tired of showing up! People smoked in stairwells and somebody kicked in the garage door before I left. Weed smell sometimes came from other apartments and management told maintenance not to give out lightbulbs when those in suites burned out. There is a pet area out front but it smells like pee all the time; rent prices are ridiculous too-sometimes more for a 1 bed 1 bath than a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite! All things considered, this place is highly inconsistent and incompetent-I wouldn't wish it on anyone!

We recently moved into Bridgwater Heights and Lara seemed nice and reliable at first Unfortunately the two parking stalls assigned to us were already taken by other people We went to Laras office three times but she was never there so we called 247 Client Care to explain the situation The agent was rude about our site manager making a mistake My mom emailed 2023-01-02T11:00:02Z
