Do NOT move into this Market Street building My boyfriend and I have resided here for only a year and already experienced cockroach infestation we are still dealing with bed bugs now The landlord refuses to acknowledge our scheduled appointment for extermination and threatens us if we attempt to hire other companies It is evident that the problem will never be solved as the whole building is affected We were even alerted by another occupant on the fourth floor about six months into our lease about bed bugs one month later we contracted them and it has been an issue ever since All my belongings were brand new when I shifted out of my parents house lesson learnt kids living away from home will lose their money if they opt to live in these atrocious buildings Therefore stay at home kids AVOID these Market Street buildings AT ALL COSTS more ... hide ...

Do not move to The Q Residentialits the worst place to live My friend rented an apartment there last month and discovered it was infested with roaches and bugs They had to spend almost 100 on bug sprays Both building managers are impolite and unresponsive so my friend couldnt even post pictures as proof or theyd get into trouble Unfortunately this area is in 2022-09-30T09:02:18Z
