We are very disappointed with our experience in Loft n3 a 3star accommodation We had booked it for 4 couples from September 6 to 10 and from September 21 to 23 2022 On the first stay there were no kitchen utensils worthy of using and only six towels for 8 people two of which were stained Furthermore there was only three bedrooms and the fourth bed was an unc 2022-09-23T15:02:17Z
We are very disappointed with our experience in Loft n3 a 3star accommodation We had booked it for 4 couples from September 6 to 10 and from September 21 to 23 2022 On the first stay there were no kitchen utensils worthy of using and only six towels for 8 people two of which were stained Furthermore there was only three bedrooms and the fourth bed was an uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room The housekeeping did not meet 3star standards either On the second stay we immediately noticed it wasnt operational for renting several garbage bags were scattered about dishes left dirty in the sink toilets had been used but we ended up receiving an identical accommodation number 8 on the fourth floor There were still only three bedrooms for eight people so one couple had to find a last minute rental at their own expense with no reaction from the host despite messages sent Additionally other issues included a window that wouldnt close meaning street noise came through an unhinged bathroom mirror and bathtub that didnt drain properly as well as unclean bedspreads and bathrobescarpets Pictures have been included to prove our observations regarding this 3star accommodation not meeting its rating expectationsDespite all this though we will keep wonderful memories of Quebec Quebecers with four stars being deservedly given to all other lodgings during our Canadian journey more ... hide ...

After one year of living here I can say that 2555 Modugno is in a pleasant area of StLaurent and overall clean and quiet Each apartment has the benefit of having a private laundry room not something you come across often in rental buildings My husband and I signed our lease in April 2017 to move into the 7th floor by the end of July we were notified that painting and carpet removal should be completed by then At the beginning of July we visited to measure up for curtains only to be advised an email would be sent regarding progress why not just make a call The work hadnt been started midJuly which could have caused my husbands sudden heart attack with all other funeral arrangements going on I was offered another apartment on the 2nd floor and had no choice but to accept it It was recently painted but had no doorknobs or light switches paint on stovebathtub plus an old mat scratched enamel badly obvious this wasnt used as shower only baths Toilet was very old ran every flush refused to change it so had to put up with it Garage locker allocated was full of molddampness from leaking pipe so threw out everything inside complained but nothing done about it also waited two months for balcony screen repair All in all wouldnt recommend this building due to poor management if you need wheelchair access don't mind rent increasing yearly then maybe this more ... hide ...
