After one year of living here, I can say that 2555 Modugno is in a pleasant area of St-Laurent and overall clean and quiet. Each apartment has the benefit of having a private laundry room, not something you come across often in rental buildings. My husband and I signed our lease in April 2017 to move into the 7th floor by the end of July - we were notified that painting and carpet removal should be completed by then. At the beginning of July we visited to measure up for curtains, only to be advised an email would be sent regarding progress - why not just make a call? The work hadn't been started mid-July, which could have caused my husband's sudden heart attack; with all other funeral arrangements going on I was offered another apartment on the 2nd floor and had no choice but to accept it. It was recently painted but had no doorknobs or light switches, paint on stove/bathtub plus an old mat scratched enamel badly - obvious this wasn't used as shower (only baths). Toilet was very old & ran every flush; refused to change it so had to put up with it.
