We are very disappointed with our experience in Loft n3, a 3-star accommodation. We had booked it for 4 couples from September 6 to 10 and from September 21 to 23, 2022. On the first stay, there were no kitchen utensils worthy of using and only six towels (for 8 people), two of which were stained. Furthermore, there was only three bedrooms and the fourth bed was an uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room. The housekeeping did not meet 3-star standards either. On the second stay, we immediately noticed it wasn't operational for renting - several garbage bags were scattered about, dishes left dirty in the sink, toilets had been used - but we ended up receiving an identical accommodation (number 8 on the fourth floor). There were still only three bedrooms for eight people so one couple had to find a last minute rental at their own expense with no reaction from the host despite messages sent. Additionally, other issues included a window that wouldn't close (meaning street noise came through), an unhinged bathroom mirror and bathtub that didn't drain properly as well as unclean bedspreads and bathrobes/carpets.
