The management including the regional manager at this place is not professional Unfortunately I cannot give a negative rating I have had numerous service requests that have taken three weeks or longer to be solved some of them are even still unresolved Cold air continuously flows into my apartment from the range hood Michelle the regional manager called me and tried to placate me but then gave me a warning for misconduct which was unsigned and included private information of other tenantsnot just in my building but also in other buildings Additionally the parking lot is not being maintained properly snow isn't cleared away and it is slippery due to lack of graveling or sanding it Upon asking staff about when these issues will be fixed they told me that a company would come sometime this month to take care of it all It apparently takes 30 minutes or more for an oven preheat at 350F when powered on normally however during power outages I couldnt get into my apartment until another person opened the main entrance door All in all I suggest avoiding Broadstreet as a potential place to rent from because nobody appears to care about peoples sleep quality or overall wellbeing hereIve called multiple times regarding noise coming from upstairs unit late at night from 130am330am yet nothing has been done about it so far more ... hide ...

I was a tenant at Chappelle Springs for more than one year and greatly appreciated my stay The staff both former Susan and Zana and present Lisa and office assistant have always been considerate Though in a building with multiple residents there may be some problems like loud noise or inconsiderate people the administration takes complaints seriously and strives to resolve them quickly The premises are very clean the apartments are roomy the appliances are of good quality and overall it is an excellent place to live It is upsetting to read all of the negative reviews as I never faced anything close to what they describe no insect issue no unresolved maintenance matters no parking difficulties although 60 is a bit much no major noise problems or troubles with moveinmoveout inspections If I ever need another rental property again I wont hesitate in contacting this establishment or others under Broadstreets management thank you for providing me with an enjoyable living experience more ... hide ...

Living at Vantage at Callaghan has been my home for the past five years and I have no intention of leaving Canadian Urban is a fantastic property management company that clearly cares about tenants as any issues in my suite are handled quickly Paige Desjardins our Resident Manager is also extremely responsive when it comes to questions or concerns from tenants Every spring I eagerly anticipate what the landscaping crew does with our flower beds and green spaces their work is always different and breathtaking This exterior beauty serves as a reflection of each individual suite in the complex too since its smaller than most places which gives everyone a sense of neighborliness and safety Everyone here takes pride in living here I have never had any problems with neighbors or their pets either If youre looking for somewhere to move Vantage at Callaghan should be your top choice more ... hide ...

I stayed in this building for a bit over a year Its nice and when I arrived the management was too However there were so many alterations to the management team and rules that it made living here awful The first week I was here there was water damage from the construction above my apartment plus holes in the walls my neighbours were dealing with domestic violence but nothing happened about it Theres no garbage disposal and multiple packages have been taken from my porch doorsteps Support wasnt great and services werent steady either Not that I truly hated living here but for what you pay you could probably find something better elsewhere more ... hide ...

This building and its neighbors are nice but the office manager Rubie is less than helpful shes in the office only two days a week and is unresponsive to any issues that come up For instance when the temperature was 54C inside during winter with the thermostat set to 25C her solution was to leave all windows and doors opendespite it being 10C outside Similar 2022-11-08T16:32:17Z
This building and its neighbors are nice but the office manager Rubie is less than helpful shes in the office only two days a week and is unresponsive to any issues that come up For instance when the temperature was 54C inside during winter with the thermostat set to 25C her solution was to leave all windows and doors opendespite it being 10C outside Similarly if theres mould in the washroom caused by a previous tenant or subpar renovations you have little chance of getting her to fix it unless you become seriously ill from it Moreover she lies about almost everything so make sure you get every small communication from her on paper for documentation purposes Her husband is one of the nicest people youll meet thoughunlike hermaking this situation even more unfortunate All things considered being homeless may be better than living here more ... hide ...
