For 5 years I have been living in Vantage At Callaghan and during this time, I've stayed on 3 different floors. This building is magnificent, it's well-maintained, safe, inexpensive and quite; plus the facilities are great - especially the heated underground parking. Paige is the manager here and she's supportive while making the moving in/out very easy. She's also kind and responds quickly when issues or questions arise. The best part of all is that pets are allowed! It's so nice to see other people's animals around as well as being able to keep mine without paying a ton of pet fees like other buildings do every month. All in all, this building is a good choice located in a calm area of town which makes me look forward to getting home every day!

Living at Vantage at Callaghan has been my home for the past five years and I have no intention of leaving. Canadian Urban is a fantastic property management company that clearly cares about tenants, as any issues in my suite are handled quickly. Paige Desjardins, our Resident Manager, is also extremely responsive when it comes to questions or concerns from tenants. Every spring I eagerly anticipate what the landscaping crew does with our flower beds and green spaces - their work is always different and breathtaking. This exterior beauty serves as a reflection of each individual suite in the complex too since it's smaller than most places which gives everyone a sense of neighborliness and safety. Everyone here takes pride in living here; I have never had any problems with neighbors or their pets either! If you're looking for somewhere to move, Vantage at Callaghan should be your top choice!
