This company and location are unbelievably bad We moved in March 2017 and had to terminate the lease early because of how awful they were It was so terrible that it was preferable to suffer through 30 weather than stay one more night They would not answer their phones or emails the only way to get in contact with them is the maintenance team in Nashville and 2022-11-10T21:02:18Z
This company and location are unbelievably bad We moved in March 2017 and had to terminate the lease early because of how awful they were It was so terrible that it was preferable to suffer through 30 weather than stay one more night They would not answer their phones or emails the only way to get in contact with them is the maintenance team in Nashville and the building was infested with bed bugs We had to have pest control done twice before leaving but we wanted out because being there made us miserable Nicolette especially treated us poorly ignoring me and even purposely not reserving an elevator for us when necessary Over 10 months there were 6 different building managers everyone wanted out due to similar issues When moving out they cheated us on our damage deposit after already agreeing on a certain price its no surprise considering how often they fail at their job duties I strongly suggest avoiding this place at all costs as you will regret it deeply you will be unhappy here and may even get bed bugs again like we did more ... hide ...

At this location the noise of hammering banging and chiseling can be heard from 9am to 5pm on weekdays In addition to that the apartments are constantly being renovated due to tenants moving out and the elevators are breaking down regularly Vermin such as cockroaches and ants are also an existing issue Interestingly enough there are no reviews at all either 2022-10-19T11:32:17Z

Living at Hyde Park in Leaside for 3 years was an ideal experience for us Here are some of the great benefits 1 Its close proximity to downtown only a 20 minute Uber or TTC ride away 2 the spacious units with two bedrooms two bathrooms and insuite laundry plus central air and heating 3 prompt and professional management who addressed all our issues quickly and kindly 4 amenities such as nearby grocery stores CTs schools etc 5 safety 6 community atmosphere 7 petfriendly environment perfect for our puppy 8 its setting near hiking trails parks etc making it easy to take our dog out around Sunnybrooke park or spend time outdoors without feeling like you are in a concrete jungle 9 cleanliness which made us realize not all rentals are as well kept We moved due to jobs elsewhere but enjoyed living at Hyde Park immensely more ... hide ...
