This company and location are unbelievably bad. We moved in March 2017 and had to terminate the lease early because of how awful they were. It was so terrible that it was preferable to suffer through -30 weather than stay one more night. They would not answer their phones or emails (the only way to get in contact with them is the maintenance team in Nashville) and the building was infested with bed bugs. We had to have pest control done twice before leaving, but we wanted out because being there made us miserable. Nicolette especially treated us poorly, ignoring me and even purposely not reserving an elevator for us when necessary. Over 10 months, there were 6 different building managers; everyone wanted out due to similar issues. When moving out, they cheated us on our damage deposit after already agreeing on a certain price; it's no surprise considering how often they fail at their job duties. I strongly suggest avoiding this place at all costs as you will regret it deeply; you will be unhappy here and may even get bed bugs again like we did!

It has been a great pleasure living in this building since moving in. Varun, the property manager, was very accommodating during our relocation and continues to be quickly responsive. He immediately resolved a parking problem we had. The apartments are pristine and new, without any issues regarding appliances or fixtures. The staff have been friendly and professional as well. I'll update later after more time here, but currently this experience has been amazing so I'm recommending these apartments to anyone looking for accommodation in this area.
