Do not be deceived by recent reviews that contradict the opinions of everyone else about this place It is likely a plan by management to mitigate bad publicity I have spoken with many other tenants and extenants and we ALL agree it is the worst company Ive ever rented from They do nothing to help tenants even after I have complained about falling on unshoveled sidewalks no one calls back and now Im left with permanent scars Furthermore they often overcharge me for services and it can take months to get money returned Since living here there have been several administrators come in and out along with numerous maintenance staff members the one before the current one was only here for two days The building is also not secure after informing management that the door wasnt latching correctly they did not believe me until I provided video evidence There has also been food rotting on the floor of an elevator for days which shows a lack of care from management over holidays too To sum up avoid at all costs there are so many better options in this area with good reviews more ... hide ...

Pinedale Properties runs a business not a rental so it is better to search elsewhere On June 13th 2022 I was paying 80month for reserved and secured underground parking when they closed off my spot and 167 others due to construction This meant that I had to park in Visitors Parking on a first comefirst serve basis however the lot was often full during weekends and evenings due to 44 spots also closed for construction The situation remained the same with no enddate in sight but when requesting a refund for reducedlost services from the Management Office they ignored callsemails or told me to try another spot which were all damaged or occupied I experienced further issues when my car was fenced in by construction workers after parking in an Authorized Tenants Only spot All of this caused me to be late for work and damage my cars paint with no answers provided as to why there were no notices or why my plates werent checked against their system Despite having all evidence documented with photos and emails requests were denied leaving me very disappointed about how it was handled overall more ... hide ...
