Ive been here for nearly four years and it is quite peaceful In the past one or two years more families with kids have moved in Rebecca the property manager is very friendly and always responds quickly to any issues or maintenance requests we put forward However parking can be a real headache if you come back home between 46pm you may not find a spot and have to park your car on the nearby street There are too few uncovered parking spots available so it gets worse when visitors arrive too Even though these apartments are nonsmoking some tenants still smoke weed which can be smelt around your unit or even inside sometimes The shared laundry room was alright if you do your laundry on weekdays its comparatively less crowded All things considered considering the rental price these apartments are good enough plus its location is nice we enjoyed living in Carmichael as there were many grocery stores nearby and DMV was just five minutes away from us more ... hide ...

Ive been living at Willow Run Apartments for the past three years and wanted to take the opportunity to show my appreciation during these difficult times COVID19 Its a safe quiet and clean complex so much so that I can sit with my front door and window blinds open all day without feeling nervous The view is quite peaceful plus I love the breeze Everyone in the community is always polite speaking and smiling while also respecting each others space Theres no hanging out loud music or smoking either The complex has a diverse range of age groups races and is petfriendly tooThe manager Barbra is amazing she even distributed lunches daily sidewalk chalk for the kids during quarantine which they really enjoyed She and Bruno maintenance are always on top of issuesconcerns that arise promptly as well The property management also often visits the grounds hes very professional in demeanor too The amenities here are great theres a pool gazebo bbq pit sauna fitness room plus a community lounge All units have full size washers dryers with fireplaces included as well whats more Its gated so there isn't much traffic speeding through either Parking lot lighting is good Ive never had anyone take my spot yet moreover it has an abundance of healthy green foliage maintained weekly which looks wonderful more ... hide ...

I lived at this complex for a year 20172018 as a single young adult without any pets in a 1B1B on the second floor When I was shopping around for apartments in March the staff were very friendly and accommodating with my tour This helpfulness continued throughout my stay and when it came to moving out Maintenance requests were handled expeditiously and the management were incredibly obliging when helping me relocate due to work responsibilities It is pricey yet you receive what you pay for granite countertops stainless steel appliances central heating and air conditioning plus WD all within your unit certainly worth it There was no bother from neighbors or outside noise interference no animal issues or trash problems either I got my security deposit back without issue and there werent any bugs either Homeless people occasionally lingered near the complex but they never caused me any grief plus theres nightly security patrolling so I felt safe even at odd hours when running or biking near the American River Bike Trail which is close by Moving in and out was effortless as well since the front office personnel are amazing to communicate with All things considered Id wholeheartedly suggest living here to somebody who can afford it really enjoyed my time here more ... hide ...

Rent elsewhere My girlfriend and her five year old son live at Windmill Place apartments and it has been a horrible experience Their air conditioning has been broken for more than two months during the hottest times in Sacramento When she asked them to fix the air they said it was very expensive and that they were just looking at estimates After finally getting a work order workers showed up a day early and only removed the ceiling before putting down a tarpwithout moving any of their personal belongings like combs toothbrushes or jewelryand leaving the attic exposed to 100degree weather The workers then gave a fourday work order but failed to show up either Thursday or Friday when they did come Monday they still hadnt finished covering the ceiling or fixed any of her belongings damaged by debris from removal of the panels On top of all this an electric bill suddenly became hundreds more than usual due to running an offered portable AC unit while working The manager hasnt done anything to help either after blocking my girlfriend on messenger the way they communicate she still hasnt returned my call asking what kind of business contracted this work with such little regard for residents homes Im reporting them to code enforcement as well as asking for their permits on this job and other renovations be pulled since theres no respect for existing tenants despite spending thousands externally Furthermore there are only two guest parking spaces in the entire complex which is monitored by tow more ... hide ...
