I lived at this complex for a year (2017-2018) as a single young adult without any pets in a 1B1B on the second floor. When I was shopping around for apartments in March, the staff were very friendly and accommodating with my tour. This helpfulness continued throughout my stay and when it came to moving out. Maintenance requests were handled expeditiously, and the management were incredibly obliging when helping me relocate due to work responsibilities. It is pricey, yet you receive what you pay for; granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, central heating and air conditioning, plus W/D all within your unit - certainly worth it! There was no bother from neighbors or outside noise interference; no animal issues or trash problems either. I got my security deposit back without issue and there weren't any bugs either! Homeless people occasionally lingered near the complex but they never caused me any grief; plus there's nightly security patrolling so I felt safe even at odd hours when running or biking near the American River Bike Trail which is close by. Moving in and out was effortless as well since the front office personnel are amazing to communicate with.
