During my visit for signing the lease I was shown 3 doors and 3 lifts to which I had access Unfortunately the center lift was then no longer available to tenants to avoid too much traffic in front of the office As a result all the other elevators are still blocked due to moving inout This is highly inconvenient when my parking is located in basement 2 while 2022-10-30T01:32:17Z

I recently visited Paragon Place the residence of my father with him Everything from the facilities to the staff and food service was outstanding My dad had previously mentioned how friendly the staff were and how delicious their meals were The complex houses roughly 200 people around 80 of which were present at my visit I saw a single bedroom unit that had 2022-09-26T01:32:17Z
I recently visited Paragon Place the residence of my father with him Everything from the facilities to the staff and food service was outstanding My dad had previously mentioned how friendly the staff were and how delicious their meals were The complex houses roughly 200 people around 80 of which were present at my visit I saw a single bedroom unit that had a kitchen area living room bedroom bathroom and closet There are larger rooms but for a greater cost We joined two friends for lunch in the cafeteria where residents could request more or less than what was offered all meals being healthy with vegetables and salads included which I found very enjoyable indeed The staff not only served us well but also treated each resident by their name with kindness and care it was clear that they put effort into creating an inviting atmosphere in this community I will be returning here soon to visit my father as well as others if youre looking for an excellent retirement home then Paragon Place is definitely worth considering more ... hide ...

I have had two regrettable experiences with this Torontobased building and its personnel When I was first hired I found out that I was considered an independent contractor instead of an employee although it is not a problem in itself the building provided hours and breaks to me which should not be the case To make matters worse my job entailed cleaning in addition to helping flip apartments with other contractors The maintenance man was over eighty years old and used his one leg plus a jigsaw in one hand or a skill saw with no guard attachment dangerous beyond belief Furthermore the woman who managed rentals and paychecks had been convicted of fraud related to bookkeeping something that made headlines locally It did not stop there she was openly racist towards anyone who wasnt white particularly against my wife from Trinidad which led to me being dismissed from my job as cleaner after previously receiving praise for how well I kept it clean Three years later David the owner contacted my wife offering me work once again however this time it would be onsite helping flip apartments as some other staff had left But he hadnt gotten rid of the previous supervisor yet she still held her position despite her prior actions until eventually she got fired too During this time period at Alliance Properties though I saw firsthand how they wanted things done when sent to a unit where condensation behind the wall caused it to bulge outwards instead more ... hide ...

The Tremont Apartments have the most appalling Property Management I have ever encountered During the winter after a snowstorm plowing was not done correctly making access to the building and parking lot hazardous due to blocked cars The Effort Trust Rental Company showed no pre or postblizzard caution This has been my experience living here for nine months 2022-10-02T13:02:17Z

The staff had many issues including requests to fix things that were not addressed multiple errors where money was taken from my bank account without notification and an unexplained apartment reservation In August I was informed that I did not have a room for the next year due to the employee who managed my things no longer working there This left me with no option but to move back home and commute two hours every day causing extra expenditures on gas and unnecessary kilometres on my car The gym at James Street has unsafe equipment which is never maintained or lubricated additionally the vending machine has only been filled once in two years and often takes money without dispensing anything The design of the place is nice with a modern look but it is overshadowed by their poor management practices such as an unfinished store no events specifically at James Street location empty vending machines no underground parking despite paying high prices like Lake Street residents do It seems like James Street building has been neglected in many ways this resulted in me resenting the place despite initially liking its modern design more ... hide ...
