I would highly advise against moving to this apartment complex; the company from Toronto who owns it clearly doesn't care about the tenants. My girlfriend and I lived there for a year and had nothing but issues. Right away, the old supervisor quit due to management problems - that was our first warning sign. It's nearly impossible to communicate with them unless they want money out of you. For example, one day when they were doing concrete work on a patio, my Jeep was parked underneath without warning or pylons blocking it off; some concrete spilled onto my hood and got scratched when they tried wiping it off. After sending numerous emails, I was told that they wouldn't cover any costs for fixing it and if I had an issue with that then I should contact my own insurance company. There are no lines painted in the parking lot so there are often parking issues; all apartments are overpriced too! Plus, there is a gross empty pool that has been left untouched by them which really detracts from its appearance. When winter hits, it's nearly impossible to get out of the parking lot without getting stuck - the list of problems goes on and on! All in all: don't bother renting here!

The maintenance man was over eighty years old and used his one leg plus a jigsaw in one hand or a skill saw with no guard attachment - dangerous beyond belief! Furthermore, the woman who managed rentals and paychecks had been convicted of fraud related to bookkeeping - something that made headlines locally. It did not stop there: she was openly racist towards anyone who wasn’t white - particularly against my wife from Trinidad - which led to me being dismissed from my job as cleaner after previously receiving praise for how well I kept it clean. Three years later, David (the owner) contacted my wife offering me work once again; however this time it would be onsite helping flip apartments as some other staff had left.
