The most advantageous feature is that all of the rooms are connected (the bedroom links to a closet, then to a bathroom, back to the living room), which makes getting ready easy. Also, there was an already-installed TELUS wifi system so no time-consuming appointment with a technician was necessary. The view from UPTEN is stunning too! All appliances are new and simple to use; they're high-quality items from J&J. There's adequate room for storage as well as either a queen or full bed in the main bedroom. A couple of things I would improve on are that the walk-in closet might be too large if you're only one person, but it isn't anything I'm complaining about! Another thing is that walls are not soundproof enough; considering this condo allows pets and there can be several dogs around, stronger insulation along with better soundproofing would have been great but it doesn't cause too much trouble overall in my opinion.
