I would strongly recommend this building to SFU students, considering it is in a great area near amenities. The gym has all the necessities for a basic workout and the building staff are friendly and accommodating; repairs were always made swiftly. The only downside I didn't know before moving in was that cell reception within buildings (including many on the mountain) is poor (0-1 bars), making it difficult to call/receive calls from the door buzzer. This seems to be an issue with local reception, as opposed to something that property management can solve – but outside of buildings there's good service.

I consider myself fortunate to inhabit this apartment, which is much better maintained than the ones I have previously resided in. Everyone in the building is affable, creating a sense of home even though it is a rental. The staff are diligent and accommodating; this collective energy has had a positive effect on me; I am able to relax and be content each day. I am grateful for their efforts and patience; my wish for all is that they live there blissfully as well.
