It's a tranquil neighbourhood; rent is reasonable; the flat is nice and homely; new windows are simple to clean and there are no pests. Unfortunately, the people at the office have frosty demeanours - they take my payment without any pleasantries or grins. Maintenance deals with issues quickly but in a cost-efficient way. The staff are always polite and amiable yet it would be delightful to have an aesthetically pleasing kitchen counter, functioning kitchen doors, a bathtub with sparkling tiles after cleaning them, floors free of scratches - particularly considering how much money I've given them over time.
