I have been living at 230 Brittany Drive since April 2020, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the very first day, the staff and management have been professional and attentive to any issues that arise in the complex. Despite the challenges that COVID-19 has brought on everyone, Osgoode Properties site management continues to provide quality service to their tenants by keeping them informed of updates within their building. To emphasize their dedication to tenants, I recently lost my keys which had entry into my apartment, car and mailbox on it; remarkably enough a tenant found them in the parking lot and returned them to David Hughes (Property Manager). Even though I was out of town for business at this time, he tracked down my vehicle using its FOB key so that everything remained secure. This kind gesture is a true testament of his team's commitment and professionalism. Thank you all for your hard work!
