Be warned don't rent this absolute garbage apartment The landlord should feel disgraceful mold is under the carpet and on the balcony Sixtyyearold baseboards are either peeling off the walls or missing huge cracks in walls and no functional fridge given dollar store freezer packs instead accused of petty theft after going through 3 fridges in 5 weeks Laundry 2022-10-05T02:02:17Z

I lived in this building for more than two years and bought from the developer Management is inattentive and their actions such as making people line up during COVID to use the amenities raising fees and restricting parking access are random It appears as though they don't do much since there are numerous Airbnbs here My floor alone had a few of them with visitors staying for only a weekend or so throughout the pandemic it was like living in a hotel All 560 units share the amenities with another 300 units at One Pacific another Concord Pacific Development The gym is too small to accommodate 800 units while the pool area is always crowded some residents are inconsiderate by not picking up after themselves or their dogs in shared areas During my time there end of 2019 beginning of 2022 breakins occurred regularly in storage lockers and parkades The location is great since its very close to seawall but it gets tricky accessing parkades during Canucks gamesconcerts Although marketed as a luxury development build quality feels cheap I wouldnt recommend living here if you want peace and quietits often loud and crowded due to Airbnbsplus you might end up with a micro unit The only nice thing about this place would be its views from certain units which justifies spending extra money on rentpurchase price here more ... hide ...

I booked this place for one night for my girlfriends birthday and to get away from camping The spa area was a big draw but the cold plunge bath was out of service I tried to replicate it with a garden hose instead The staff and grounds were great but the room wasnt what I expected it had two twin beds pushed together instead of a kingsize bed thin walls whic 2022-10-16T23:32:17Z
I booked this place for one night for my girlfriends birthday and to get away from camping The spa area was a big draw but the cold plunge bath was out of service I tried to replicate it with a garden hose instead The staff and grounds were great but the room wasnt what I expected it had two twin beds pushed together instead of a kingsize bed thin walls which allowed noise from the upstairs kitchen and common areas to come through as well as people using the nearby washroomshower Moreover our room lacked privacy due to having a shared balcony outside While there were some nice views through all its windows we had to keep them shut because of other people around outside our room In conclusion I felt like I paid a premium price for something similar to boarding house accommodations better value can be found elsewhere or perhaps this type of lodging just isn't for me more ... hide ...
