Be warned: don't rent this absolute garbage apartment! The landlord should feel disgraceful; mold is under the carpet and on the balcony. Sixty-year-old baseboards are either peeling off the walls or missing, huge cracks in walls, and no functional fridge (given dollar store freezer packs instead, accused of petty theft after going through 3 fridges in 5 weeks). Laundry machines that do not work or do not clean. No screens. Everything falling into disrepair and nothing done by management to remedy it. They use crude language and threaten you! Common areas rarely cleaned and when they are it's a bare minimum job--just crudly painted plywood for kitchen cupboards, with no drawers. Mail stolen; there is no security at all! Other tenants trying my door at all hours of day/night. Decorating style from 1960s--huge burn in carpet is beyond dirty but won't come clean because it's so old; scolded or frozen water pressure when showering; counter kept together by scotch tape. All tenants abhor this place due to conditions and treatment--it appears someone abruptly moves out each month...for good reason! Steer clear of this place!!
