We were new to Vancouver and wanted a modern trendy place in a nice neighbourhood After driving around for days we saw an ad for The Point Langley and called Jerell He was professional yet welcoming so we made an appointment for a condo tour As luck would have it it was in the same area that we had been admiring before Despite us being desperate to find some 2022-11-03T13:02:19Z
We were new to Vancouver and wanted a modern trendy place in a nice neighbourhood After driving around for days we saw an ad for The Point Langley and called Jerell He was professional yet welcoming so we made an appointment for a condo tour As luck would have it it was in the same area that we had been admiring before Despite us being desperate to find somewhere like The Point to live in Jerell didnt pressure us into signing the lease with Capreit he showed us around and explained everything We made up our minds straight away and agreed on the longterm lease with CapreitIts been great living here at The Point due to everyone Jerell his manager Andrew Saed and all of his colleagues as well as the handymen team they always provide excellent customer service and are quick to attend any requests or concerns courteously We definitely chose right by picking this place so thank you very much to Jerells crew more ... hide ...

Ive been living here for four years and I havent had anything stolen except a couple of laundry baskets of mine which I left in the laundry room But that was my mistake not the landlords fault He is really friendly and helpful he always greets me and never pressures us to move out despite no renovations being done on our apartment All things considered its a 2022-11-03T13:32:17Z

Im very happy living at Aqua at Plaza 88 and Im confident in my decision to move there The area is great its right beside the New Westminster Skytrain Station River Market area and heritage downtown The units are wellbuilt with quality appliances the amenities are clean and competitively sized compared to other places Ive seen before Interactions with manage 2022-11-03T16:32:17Z

I recently had an awful experience living at 737 Carnarvon due to the buildings management and their questionable business practices The manager Sylvia was exceedingly impolite to me and my roommate despite us consistently paying rent on time and even gifting our building manager a Christmas present This treatment has been the most disrespectful I have ever experienced so I felt obligated to share my story Before you consider moving into this space please be aware of what could happenWhen we moved in the previous manager Aida promised us both a new oven and dishwasher as the current ones were broken We have emails as proof of this exchange along with video footage of how it was when we first moved in which did not include an official inspection from any of the managers According to tenancy rights though not conducting an inspection would mean that we should get our full deposit back something which didnt happenBefore leaving the apartment at the end of our lease period we paid for a cleaner in order to make sure it was up standards when they inspected it matching paint colours on walls sandingfilling any holes sweepingmopping floors etc When Sylvia came for inspection she immediately accused us of leaving it in bad condition even though this couldnt be further from truth She said that small sud mark on sink and preexisting stain on bathtub justified taking away two hours worth of service time from our deposit she also blamed us for more ... hide ...

The Royal Ridge Apartments provide an excellent living experience with its cleanliness great communication with manager Aida and petfriendly atmosphere Weekly cleaning of the hallways and back area keeps the building in tiptop shape while maintenance is provided when needed Freshly painted walls and modern appliances add to the comfort of the apartment Its location is also a plus as it is only 2 blocks away from both a skytrain station and parks such as Pier Park and Tipperary Park With nearby supermarkets like Saves on Food or Walmart coupled with a variety of restaurants close by theres something for everyone to enjoy To top it off theres Queens Park with its own dog park just a few blocks away perfect for pet owners Ultimately my husband and I are delighted with our stay at Royal Ridge Apartments more ... hide ...

Ive been living in Redwood apartments since 2020 and Im absolutely loving it My first year we had a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious we were able to comfortably fit my little one and still have some room left over This year we were fortunate enough to be able to move into a 2 bedroom apartment in the same building and we are thrilled with it The n 2022-10-04T01:32:17Z
