I'm very happy living at Aqua at Plaza 88, and I'm confident in my decision to move there. The area is great; it's right beside the New Westminster Skytrain Station, River Market area and heritage downtown. The units are well-built with quality appliances, the amenities are clean and competitively sized compared to other places I've seen before. Interactions with management have been polite and professional, like when I requested a repair recently - it was done quickly. Additionally, security personnel are usually on-site which adds to the feeling of safety in the building. All in all, Aqua feels like home to me - I strongly suggest it as an excellent place to live in New Westminster!

Living in this building was really enjoyable for me! The location was ideal, since I don't own a car, as it is close to two supermarkets and the skytrain. Being situated in Downtown New West, there are lots of restaurants and other amenities available. The staff working at the building (the front office crew, cleaners, and those in office management) were really polite and helpful; I never had any issues. A special mention goes out to Rose who assisted me with my move-in inspection and move-out inspection; she was wonderful every time! The appliances are of excellent quality and having a washing machine/dryer inside my unit was a major plus! Even though it is pricey - which is quite common for Vancouver - it falls within the range of what other condos charge. My only gripe would be that there wasn't an oven included in the studio unit; still if I needed to relocate to New West again, I would definitely stay here again.
