My husband and I have been living here for nine months now Despite loving our apartment we have a few issues with it For example the underground parking is limited and street parking is also very scarce in fact my husbands truck has been hit twice while being parked on 18th street and hes still waiting to get a spot after almost a year It seems like there ar 2022-10-14T10:32:18Z
My husband and I have been living here for nine months now Despite loving our apartment we have a few issues with it For example the underground parking is limited and street parking is also very scarce in fact my husbands truck has been hit twice while being parked on 18th street and hes still waiting to get a spot after almost a year It seems like there arent enough spots for all of the rental units onsite its rather small Additionally deliveries are not secure I have ordered two packages on separate occasions that have gone missing Management has not looked at the cameras yet when asked to do so and claims it isn't their problem many tenants in the building share this issue Although our view of Saint George is affected by these concerns we nonetheless enjoy great views from either side of our apartments and its location near Central Lonsdale businesses is very convenient more ... hide ...

In July 2021 we opted for the largest twobedroom floorplan in Royals2 while the building was around 35 capacity and before the first building manager left It was the amazing view that really drew us in as well as the fact that it was a solely rental property Upon moving in and entering our apartment I found pieces of drywall from heat registers nails from building construction and other debris on our deck We anticipated some issues due to it being a new structure but quickly grew weary of all the fire alarm occurrences especially at 630 am The smell from the garbage room on lower floors became progressively worse whereas access to our storage locker in Royals1 wasnt secure for six months despite multiple attempts to fix it Elevators were always malfunctioning or their doors would jam when exiting one even began making metalonmetal noises around fourth floor that scared people Some tenants disregarded no smoking rule which caused odors of cigarettes and marijuana in hallways and elevators plus they smoked right outside access doors or on rooftop area We were grateful OEB Jordan Sushi and Freshii opened up downstairs yet garbage room demonstrated limited capacity with messy conditions rapidly worsening there too On top of rent fee we had to pay an additional combined amount for parking spot and storage locker plus 100month for EnerPro watermunicipal bills shared among tenants furthermore even though we got assigned lowest parking level nobody tried switching us up higher while people moved more ... hide ...

The water is constantly getting shut off the elevator door safety bumper doesnt work and hits you without stopping and all of the repairs that were supposed to be done to my apartment before I moved in have still not been completed after six months I even had to put switch plates and smoke detectors back up on my own The living room and kitchen were painted 2022-09-26T19:32:17Z
The water is constantly getting shut off the elevator door safety bumper doesnt work and hits you without stopping and all of the repairs that were supposed to be done to my apartment before I moved in have still not been completed after six months I even had to put switch plates and smoke detectors back up on my own The living room and kitchen were painted poorly but only one carpet was replaced leaving me with a stained and burnt rug The fan in the bathroom doesnt work either so it gets really steamy with nicotine dripping from the unpainted ceiling My balcony is very hazardous I got injured when my foot went through it so I wont risk putting any weight on its railing either Furthermore no effort is made for upkeep of the building yet prices are too high for what were getting here this has been by far my worst unit since moving here in 2015 no updates since it was built 43 years ago even the carpets in common areas look like originals more ... hide ...
