My husband and I have been living here for nine months now. Despite loving our apartment, we have a few issues with it. For example, the underground parking is limited and street parking is also very scarce; in fact, my husband's truck has been hit twice while being parked on 18th street, and he's still waiting to get a spot after almost a year. It seems like there aren't enough spots for all of the rental units onsite (it's rather small). Additionally, deliveries are not secure; I have ordered two packages on separate occasions that have gone missing. Management has not looked at the cameras yet when asked to do so and claims it isn't their problem - many tenants in the building share this issue. Although our view of Saint George is affected by these concerns, we nonetheless enjoy great views from either side of our apartments and its location near Central Lonsdale businesses is very convenient.

I've been here for about a month now and I'm loving the apartment! The staff at the leasing office was very friendly and warm throughout my rental application process and move-in. They were so patient and welcoming! Additionally, internet setup was almost done before moving which made it easier. The amenities are great - new units with good heating, plus respectful neighbors in the building. It's also quiet and safe in this neighborhood as well as clean since they keep up with hallways and stairway maintenance. Plus, I love that there are hand sanitizers by the entrance to elevators. A few blocks down there's a lot of activity - Loblaws, Whole Foods, restaurants within walking distance too! Bus stops close by as well which is great plus you can get a nice view of the mountains from around here too! Overall I'm very happy to be living here.
