Cedarwood Village is getting ready for the upcoming Merriman Valley development plan Our parking lot has been resurfaced new signs are popping up and other details are being taken care of We can observe this progress thanks to our amazing property manager Sarah Treen My fianc and I have lived here for over 3 years now and we can vouch that Sarah does her best to take care of residents since day one She assisted us with our outofstate move and saw to it that all maintenance tasks were completed satisfactorily She is also very understanding and nice when working with people We know that Cedarwood Village is in good hands expecting only improvements aheadAs far as the apartment complex goes we are very glad to call it home The areas scenery is gorgeous full of trees and vegetation as well as diverse in its inhabitants no conflicts with neighbors have ever occurred most people remain friendly yet independent from one another Socializing opportunities exist too Cedarwood Village being situated in the valleys heart gives access to multiple businessesrestaurants mostly locally owned walkingbiking trails within walking distance plus bus stops for Akron navigation without a car plus its dogfriendly Onsite amenities include two pools a workout room combined with a spacious community room at the office building plus fiberoptic internet access Apartment features include central air conditioning units large hot water tanks dish more ... hide ...

My overall experience at Pheasant Run was positive I highly recommend it to college friends due to the fair rent and great scenery Nevertheless I give it two stars for the following reasons no gym the small pool is often used by children unprofessional responses to reviews our apartment was not cleaned when we moved in and had cat feces on wallscarpet high turnover rate at leasing office which leads to mess there Furthermore upon moving out we didnt receive deposit back despite cleaning better than received due to some residue from past tenants On top of that sometimes you can hear other tenants slamming doors Additionally there were stinky bugs and orange ladybugs in apartment also need to bring own lighting for roomsThe positives of living here include 1 bedroom loft with office can be rented as 2 bedroom spiral staircase loft style free parking that accommodates guests garage parking available for fee we didnt have one because we were poor college kids spacious with natural lighting and great location In conclusion if you are able afford somewhere else or don't fall into the college age group then you should consider other options instead of Pheasant Run more ... hide ...

I have never experienced such a poorly managed complex Do not expect much here as their standards are quite low Parking is terrible and there is no real management to regulate handicap parking or that of visitors and residents alike Additionally when making monthly rental payments you will be charged an extra 50 convenience fee for using a credit card along with high late fees and account verification processes Maintenance repairs are done with little care such as patching up ceilings and doors that have been cut off reglazing tubs badly and painting the entire unit including the kitchen cabinets and bathrooms with flat paint The trash collection system is abysmal there are no penalties or proper procedures in place to hold residents accountable for proper garbagelitter control The one good thing about this place is that the units are quite spacious just make sure to live on the 2nd level since these units arent soundproof my neighbors below often complain about noise coming from my unit more ... hide ...
