My overall experience at Pheasant Run was positive; I highly recommend it to college friends due to the fair rent and great scenery. Nevertheless, I give it two stars for the following reasons: no gym, the small pool is often used by children, unprofessional responses to reviews, our apartment was not cleaned when we moved in and had cat feces on walls/carpet, high turnover rate at leasing office which leads to mess there. Furthermore, upon moving out we didn't receive deposit back despite cleaning better than received due to some "residue" from past tenants. On top of that sometimes you can hear other tenants slamming doors. Additionally there were stinky bugs and orange ladybugs in apartment; also need to bring own lighting for rooms. The positives of living here include: 1 bedroom loft with office (can be rented as 2 bedroom), spiral staircase loft style, free parking that accommodates guests; garage parking available for fee (we didn't have one because we were poor college kids), spacious with natural lighting and great location. In conclusion, if you are able afford somewhere else or don't fall into the college age group then you should consider other options instead of Pheasant Run.
