I have never experienced such a poorly managed complex. Do not expect much here as their standards are quite low. Parking is terrible and there is no real management to regulate handicap parking or that of visitors and residents alike. Additionally, when making monthly rental payments, you will be charged an extra $50 convenience fee for using a credit card, along with high late fees and account verification processes. Maintenance repairs are done with little care, such as patching up ceilings and doors that have been cut off, reglazing tubs badly, and painting the entire unit including the kitchen cabinets and bathrooms with flat paint. The trash collection system is abysmal; there are no penalties or proper procedures in place to hold residents accountable for proper garbage/litter control. The one good thing about this place is that the units are quite spacious - just make sure to live on the 2nd level since these units aren't soundproof; my neighbors below often complain about noise coming from my unit.
