My family and I have been living here for nearly 12 months now We enjoy it though the heavy rains this year have led to standing water behind our building which takes too long to evaporate and attracts mosquitos On the plus side there is a sprinkler system and a great fire alarm system installed The manager maintenance personnel and cleaning lady are all very nice people We were overjoyed when we learned that rent had been reduced likewise our pets were accepted From all of the neighbors we have met so far they are all goodnatured people their children also get along well with each other To make this place even better there could be playground swings close by or maybe even an indoor play area in the complex itself where kids could play safely Additionally having a fenced off area for dogs to socialize offleash would be great too even if its easier said than done Lastly I appreciate how we receive monthly notices about events not only pertaining to living here but also about activities within our town as well more ... hide ...

I had to move out of my original residence due to a change in living conditions and so contacted Susan for a unit She quickly provided me with the necessary paperwork which was uncomplicated and I was able to sign the lease electronically without any difficulties Upon moving in I noticed that the building itself was well taken care of with frequent cleanings on every other day The janitorial staff were always courteous and friendly Although my unit faced the main road noise levels were not unbearable as long as I kept my windows closed My neighbours were respectful too so there was no need to make any complaints regarding excessive sound levels The climate control systems worked perfectly fine also warm during winter and cool during summertimeThe location of Vista Pointe made it very convenient for me since essential stores like No Frills were just across the street while other grocery stores could be found slightly further away down the block Delivery services such as Amazon DoordashSkip The Dishes etc ran smoothly here too and packages arrived safely at their designated parcel box given its secure position in front of the main foyer area however some may opt for utilising Amazon Lockers at 711 for extra assurance when ordering valuable items online Any maintenance requests or entries would be noted through slips under doors or postcards left behind if one wasnt present all problems were efficiently handled within a single day or less too eg an issue with my washing machine more ... hide ...

I absolutely do not recommend renting here The units are filled with black mould and when it was exposed during renovations where we lived without a kitchen for over a month we had to get the health inspector involved and then threaten to go to the rental board in order to receive half off that months rent They renovated the units but did a terrible job the 2022-09-20T12:32:17Z
I absolutely do not recommend renting here The units are filled with black mould and when it was exposed during renovations where we lived without a kitchen for over a month we had to get the health inspector involved and then threaten to go to the rental board in order to receive half off that months rent They renovated the units but did a terrible job the new cabinets didnt fit over the old ones so there were gaps in the floor they scuffed up paint without patching it after several requests and they didnt fix items from our walkthrough when we first moved in Additionally the windows and doors are extremely drafty resulting in higher heating bills than usual in winter you can even see daylight through closed doors Management is terrible as well they will mislead you before giving you the runaround Our neighbours sounded like they were constantly trying to kill each other police often flashed lights around In fact last fall there was even a raid involving swat team with assault rifles at one of the units I witnessed this frightening scene while bike riding with my kids across the road On top of that rent is expensive here compared to elsewhere for example near 153rd on 127th where rent is cheaper and has more features such as dishwasher 15 bathrooms etc along with more square footage all of which makes it much better than Boardwalk The only positive thing about Boardwalk being decent fenced yards suitable for gardening purposes more ... hide ...

This apartment complex located in Edmonton and managed by Dennis and his team is a topnotch choice I was astonished at the neatness of the unit upon move in inspection The space is roomy with modern features and cleanliness Despite occasional heat a fan is needed to keep cool Surrounding areas are great with ample nature and outdoor activities like walking trails and lakes Underground parking offers generous spaces for vehicles too The walls are thick enough to prevent sound pollution from outside sources only if extremely loud can one hear from above or below Any issues that arise are quickly taken care of by Dennis competent work he does an amazing job running this place All things considered I highly recommend this apartment complex 55 stars and hope that Dennis will be rewarded for his hard efforts soon more ... hide ...

Management is spot on maintenance responds quickly and the cleanliness is immaculate There are security cameras gates and elevators in place The view is amazing access to Safeway from the residence and underground parking are great benefits In addition its close to everything making this a truly great place to live
