This apartment complex, located in Edmonton and managed by Dennis and his team, is a top-notch choice. I was astonished at the neatness of the unit upon move in inspection. The space is roomy with modern features and cleanliness. Despite occasional heat, a fan is needed to keep cool. Surrounding areas are great with ample nature and outdoor activities like walking trails and lakes. Underground parking offers generous spaces for vehicles too! The walls are thick enough to prevent sound pollution from outside sources; only if extremely loud can one hear from above or below. Any issues that arise are quickly taken care of by Dennis' competent work; he does an amazing job running this place! All things considered, I highly recommend this apartment complex (5/5 stars) and hope that Dennis will be rewarded for his hard efforts soon!

I've been at this complex for a couple of months and it's stunning. I can't speak to the other units, but the one I'm in is roomy and sunny with a large window in the main area and sizable windows in the bedrooms. It has new carpeting and fresh paint - looks great! Maintenance requests are taken care of speedily and capably, so living here is wonderful. The grounds are always clean and tranquil; plus, management is friendly to deal with. All in all, I'd suggest living here without hesitation!
