Lets be honest this is not a five star place The facilities restaurants and village staff are good however the rental units are not as advertised Cleanliness has been deteriorating and there are dogs everywhere including a dog babysitting service that is unregistered Simco collects extra money but does not do followup cleaning the pee areas smell disgusting and even dogs will no longer use them The elevators hallways and walls are all growing dirtier every day the cleaning lady isn't given proper tools to do her job like a vacuum cleaner Tenants live in their units seven days a week but cleaning doesnt happen every day Maintenance is okay but when will all the dead shrubs be pulled out and replaced Simco follows up slowly at times as if were bothering them with our concerns they claim theres not enough money in the budget to address issues like these fire extinguisher on ground for three months in parking area no doorstops in storage areas etc My suggestion to those wanting to rent would be to talk to current residents first many items could get resolved but it often takes too long for that to happen Now I hear rents have gone up by more than 10 which makes this carefree lifestyle not worth its price tag anymore more ... hide ...

Taylor assisted us in finding an apartment we love Anthony and Taylor addressed every concern we had responding promptly to make sure our needs were met We highly suggest this company and building to anyone they have topnotch customer service The 247 call center is available the building is neat and the staff are professional There has been a positive change since Kiera came on as leasing agentour young neighbors are doing their best to be considerate the addict moved out and a new quiet tenant has taken his place The only thing good about this building is its newness don't let that fool you into thinking its worth it because there have been too many incidents of noise from above us uncleanliness everywhere with dog feces in the stairs and urine in elevators not to mention bad smells despite wearing masks Benjamin does an amazing job as full time keeper for all buildings but its hard to get through to the call centerI was on hold for 25 minutes before being disconnected then waited another 12 minutes when I called back before finally getting through after using another cell phone line Moving out as soon as possible is our plan don't let yourself be talked into staying here more ... hide ...

I was just a visitor so let me explain lower income row housing at a high rental price The place is old cinder block walls cement basement with painted floors and cracks in the foundation You can hear almost every word your neighbors say and when they close a cupboard door or go upstairs its not at all soundproof The washing machine was broken and the dryer didnt heat the stove was old and worn out There was no dishwasher as promised by the leasing agent theres barely enough room for one anyway There are only lights in the basement hallway and kitchen Stock up on floor lamps if youre living here its dark Be careful too speed bumps are 18 inches high with lots of children playing around outside Additionally no visible visitor parking spots available although Im not sure if this is true This isn't my ideal living situation but some people may love it thats just my opinion more ... hide ...
