    I would like to express my pleasant experience living in this home for the past four years. The basement suite was quite cozy and I shared it with a house mate. Unfortunately, due to my family's arrival, I had to move out of the two-room apartment. Yet, if I were given the opportunity to return there, I would gladly do so - the building is well maintained and the landlords are kind and understanding. Moreover, rental fees are quite reasonable and there is a communal laundry room available nearby. If you're in search of a nice place to rent, consider this one!
