I have a lot of problems in this apartment complex which I share with other tenants It is a nice building but some things were wrong when I moved in They promised that the windows would have blinds by November but its February and I still don't have them Also the wiring doesnt allow me to plug in more than three things at once without tripping the breaker To 2022-09-22T11:02:19Z
I have a lot of problems in this apartment complex which I share with other tenants It is a nice building but some things were wrong when I moved in They promised that the windows would have blinds by November but its February and I still don't have them Also the wiring doesnt allow me to plug in more than three things at once without tripping the breaker To use my microwave I must turn off all lights in the kitchen first or else it trips too Other units have these same issues as well bike storage was supposed to be available by now and the underground parking prices are not consistent either 75 120 The management cant do anything about it when you ask for help and theres moreI really want to move out more ... hide ...

Pros The room was very clean and the private entrance was great granting access to a living room bathroom kitchen and bedroom It was also conveniently close to the highway Cons Unfortunately we never met the host we were only given a code to gain access to the property No breakfast was provided either Additionally there was grass in the hot tub from children 2022-11-04T00:32:17Z

Ive been living in this condo for two years and have generally been very happy with it and its management Initially I was concerned because of the negative reviews I read about AWM but things got better after a new manager was hired The only issue are some tenants who lack basic common sense and respect for themselves and their neighbours Regrettably there have been cases when they cause damage to other residents property by flushing diapers or clothes down the toilet How can you afford to live in Burnaby yet not be able to buy enough bins We even had someone kick the elevator walls and write obscenities on the elevator door more ... hide ...
