We had the pleasure of living at Brentlawn Towers for seven years and it was easily the best rental place weve ever stayed in Joe and Konnie the resident managers are very friendly and professional they always handled any issues efficiently We never encountered many problems because the buildings are kept to a high standard In addition its location is great 2022-11-02T19:32:18Z

This building may have its benefits but also has its drawbacks If you need visitor parking tell them to park at Walmart because the residents of this place take complete advantage of the free parking and warnings are not taken seriously You can be sure to find garbage scattered everywhere in the halls by mailboxes dumpsters and pathways so if thats something 2022-11-02T20:32:17Z

I have lived at this property for five years and used to appreciate the access to LRTs and stores but since the management changed to HomeED it has become awful It is bad enough to reach the level of iness of Boardwalk There has been no upkeep garbage all around and ice buildup on stairs these conditions caused me and my sister physical injuries due to falling on the ice Longterm tenants are now thinking about not renewing their leases We asked for hazardous electrical repairs but nothing was done even after multiple requests They may be offering rental based on income now yet I wonder where this money is going as it obviously isn't being spent on maintenance or customer service Walking through today I noticed more trash all over and smelled marijuana in the air moreover it looks like theyve lowered the quality of tenants too since theres no longer an onsite manager or maintenance guy before we knew our property manager by our unit number but now everything seems very corporatelike As a person who has rented for 20 years Im extremely let down with what my home has become more ... hide ...
