We have been living in Cambrian Place for more than 5 years since we moved from another country This is where my children grew up with a friendly and peaceful community and we have made many fond memories here Attributes that people look for such as cleanliness an open layout and plenty of storage space are all present here Additionally the staff is what really made it special Gloria was always eager to help us out with our issues Ronaldo was quick to handle any repairs that needed doing and Jomar kept the place neat and smelling great Our departure went off without a hitch we thank Boardwalk Cambrian Place for taking care of us all these years We wish them more success in bringing in new customers more ... hide ...

We are very content with our living situation The staff here are always friendly and receptive to all our problems regardless of the day Everything is kept in check both on the interior and exterior of the property including pathways cleared during snowfall There is a welcoming atmosphere among neighbors and a sense of safety while exploring the surrounding nature trails Additionally we get plenty of natural lighting through large windows Unfortunately soundproofing against external noises is not available so noise such as wind or distant sirens can seem louder than normal Street parking can be scarce in wintertime without visitor parking being available either and interior features like kitchen cupboards layout being cramped up In addition to that mailboxes lack parcel lockers thus making Canada Post leave pickup notices for you to go at their offices Despite these minor downsides though coming home every day feels worth it more ... hide ...

I have called Devereux home for the past ten months and this is my first ever apartment experience I write this review of my own free will and not for any monetary or other benefits During my stay here I have been content with what I am getting and feel privileged to be living here Although there are people who complain about the messy hallways rowdy people and high rent at the complex being a tenant right next to the garbage room gives me an insight that many others do not have that these messes are usually shortlived due to dedicated cleaning staff coming in daily like a hotel In addition Devereux is strict when it comes to dealing with problematic tenants thus it isn't fair to say its a messy place when in reality it isn't soThe fact that there are four apartment buildings on one complex means there will be rowdy people as well however due to Devereuxs quick response time they make sure those issues don't linger around too long As for rent being high if you look at all you get from living here then its actually quite cheap The amenities are luxurious eg quartz countertop kitchen with stainless steel appliances and pet friendly furthermore staff take their job seriously dressed smartly in uniforms while landscapers cleaners tend diligently to their duties also daily cleaned pool regular carpet cleaning take place along with Amazon Lockers secured mailroom etc more ... hide ...
